Very strong activity in the 4th quarter
Infotel publishes a turnover of 43.6 M€ in the 4th quarter of 2014, an increase of 15.7% compared to the 4th quarter of 2013. For the whole financial year, the turnover amounts to €157.0 million compared to €142.7 million in 2013, showing an annual growth, entirely organic, of 10.0%. The Group demonstrates, in an almost stable market, the relevance of its offer and its strategy aimed at constantly strengthening its positions with its customers.
The Services division (95% of total turnover) posted growth of 11.4% over the full year, with continuous growth over the year and a rise of 16.6% in the 4th quarter alone. This excellent performance is linked to very strong service center activity, with in particular a ramp-up in the Banking and Services sectors.
The inter-contract rate remained low at 1.6% over the last quarter and stood at 1.9% for the year as a whole. The Group continued to integrate new employees in the last quarter with 222 additional recruitments for the whole of the year, bringing the workforce to 1,233 employees at the end of 2014.
The Software division (5% of total turnover) recorded turnover of €1.9 million in the 4th quarter, equivalent to the turnover of the last quarter of 2013. Over the financial year, turnover increased amounted to €7.2 million, down 11.6% compared to 2013, with an amount of royalties of €3.9 million compared to €4.6 million in 2013. The Group continues its efforts to forge new partnerships distribution of its software.
This very good level of activity confirms Infotel in its objective of achieving an operating margin of more than 10% of turnover in 2014.
