Infotel, (ISIN code: FR0000071797 – memo: INF), a leading partner in the digital transformation of key accounts in Europe, today announces the signing of a contract with Air Canada for the implementation of its Orlando software suite with the aim of to manage all of its operational documentation for its entire fleet.
Air Canada is one of the 20 largest airlines in the world. The company has a mixed medium-haul and long-haul fleet (Airbus, Boeing) of 240 aircraft. The partnership was signed for a period of 5 years. The integration of the Orlando software suite will be done sequentially until early 2022.
This signature comes as several other companies have recently adopted Orlando. The company Flyadeal, a subsidiary of the Saudi airline Saudi Arabian Airlines, had also signed an agreement for the use of the Orlando software suite for a period of 5 years. Flyadeal aims to reach a fleet of 30 aircraft within a few years. This contract is the first signature with a Gulf airline.
Emerald Airlines, an Irish company, and Spirit Airlines, an American company, have also integrated Orlando into their operating systems; they respectively represent around fifteen ATRs for regional passenger transport over 2 years for Emerald Airlines and currently 150 aircraft for Spirit Airlines.
Building on these recent successes, Orlando aims to deploy its offer on a larger scale and currently has a very large potential for prospects worldwide.
