Growth confirmed for the 1st half of 2013
Infotel reports revenue of €71.7 million for the 1st half of 2013, up 4.3% compared to the first half of 2012.
This good performance reflects an acceleration in growth of +7.9% in the second quarter with a Services business, which alone recorded a 9.1% increase in sales over the latter period.
Revenue from the Services division (93.5% of total revenue) increased by 3.7% to €67.0 million over the half-year, despite a still difficult economic context and decision-making that shifts over time. Nevertheless, commercial prospecting continues to be very active and the position of reference partner of key accounts combined with proven expertise in mobility and large databases give Infotel a solid competitive advantage.
The Software division (6.5% of turnover) grew strongly with revenue of €4.7 million over the half-year, i.e. +13.3% compared to the end of June 2012, benefiting from a particularly high first quarter. The teams are mobilized on large calls for tenders and study potential new partnerships.
In conclusion, given the good level of activity recorded in the 1st half of 2013, Infotel is confident in achieving its annual growth and profitability objectives.
