Our Solution:
We knew the answer to the client’s issue would lie in developing software that supports a reliable and adaptable system.
The team at Infotel conducted detailed requirement-gathering sessions and business process discussions with stakeholders involving the offshore team to understand and align with the business functionalities.
- Regular application demonstrations were conducted by the team to stakeholders and end-users to educate them to use the new web application, build trust and confidence, and encouraged them to use the modernised version of application to replace the legacy applications workflow.
- A cross-functional approach was followed where Java developers were utilised to prepare test scenarios to test the application. This approach helped to optimize the resource utilization, minimised reliance on specialised mainframe testers.
- Role-based access control (RBAC) was implemented within the web application to ensure data security and compliance, allowing users to access only the information and functionality relevant to their roles.
A user-friendly and intuitive web application was built tailored to the team’s forecasting workflows.
