- Lack of integrated booking APIs which led customers to proceed with inefficient double-bookings across dealer slots.
- The existing setup required coordination across multiple stakeholders, which introduced delays and inconsistencies in dealer onboarding.
- The need for secure API integration across enterprise IT systems, the DMS
(Dealer Management System), and an API gateway is fundamentally a business requirement centered on maximizing operational performance, protecting high-value business data, and enabling rapid digital transformation.
