- They had issues in downloading invoice files for 12 countries from AWS S3
- A labour-intensive task where they had to manually extract and enter data into spreadsheets.
- Tracking metrics across six Lambda categories -Parts, New Vehicles, Extended Warranty, Incentives, Used Vehicles, Incentive Management.
- Minimum 2 hours per day were spent on repetitive tasks, leading to delays and human errors.
This process lacked scalability, auditability, and real-time visibility—especially critical for cross-border operations and compliance reporting.
