Growth in services and software
Infotel announces a turnover of 44.1 M€ for the 1st quarter of 2015, in organic growth of 12.9%. The continued development of the Services division over the period once again demonstrates Infotel’s ability to exceed IT sector growth estimates (+1.8% in 2015, Source Syntec).
The Services division (95% of total turnover) posted turnover of €41.7 million in the 1st quarter, up 12.1%. This increase reflects the regular momentum of service center openings, with, in particular, a ramping up of the Banking sector and renewed vigor in the Insurance/Retirement sector.
As a reminder, Infotel announced in early April the opening of a new subsidiary in the United Kingdom, near Newcastle, to support key accounts in the British market. The Group has also opened a new agency in Strasbourg offering proximity to local players and thus enabling it to complete the densification of the territorial network.
Lastly, the inter-contract rate remained very low, around 2%, over the quarter as a whole.
The Software division (5% of total turnover) totaled a turnover of €2.37 million over the first three months of 2015, up 28.1%, in particular thanks to higher IBM royalties.
Confidence for 2015
Infotel confirms for 2015 a rate of growth of the activity as sustained as in 2014 and the continuation of the improvement of the results.
Today’s General Meeting approved the payment of a dividend of €0.8 per share, payment of which is scheduled for May 27, 2015.
