Very good level of activity throughout the exercise
Infotel reports annual revenue of €142.7 million for 2013, up 6.3% compared to 2012 and above the announced target of €140 million. This performance is part of a global IT services market down 0.3% (Source Syntec).
In the 4th quarter, growth was 4.7% with an increase in Services of 4.3% and 11.8% for the Software business.
Over the full year 2013, the Services division (94.3% of total revenue) posted growth of 5.7%. Service centers continue to grow in all sectors of activity.
The rate of inter-contracts remains low and more than 70% of benefits are flat-rate.
In the last quarter, Infotel concluded new contracts in the banking sector (BNP Paribas, Banque de France, Caisses d’Épargne, etc.) and in other sectors (PSA, European Patent Office, etc.).
The Software division (5.7% of total revenue) grew by 16.8% over the full year and the level of IBM royalties reached €4.6 million. In the field of archiving, Infotel generated 60% of its turnover internationally.
Discussions for the signing of new contracts are ongoing, but the time taken to make decisions remains long.
